My husband and I are both Real Estate Agents. I mostly work in dealing with Short Sales and getting them closed. Lenders can be very hard to work with at times but we get it done!!
We have been also using a great marketing system that puts seller's properties on it's very own website. It goes through all of the search engines out there. Very cool!
We are also getting into rehabs. ;)
We both work mostly the West Phoenix areas, but we don't mind traveling to the other parts of AZ. We do not charge our clients to work a short sale, nor do we charge for creating a website for their property. We always provide our clients with follow-ups and/or updates every week so they are in the loop of what's going on with their property. We work hard and give them 110% of our efforts!!
