There are two FREE Halloween events in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, that you really shouldn't miss.  The first is the Portsmouth Halloween Parade, held October 31 at 7 pm - rain or shine.  Always a lot of fun! The second is a house, 292 Middle Road in Portsmouth.  I look forward each year to seeing...
