Mortgage buyer Freddie Mac said Thursday that the average rate on the 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage fell to 3.99%. It's hovering around 3.5 on a 15 year note which is also great news. Great news that will hopefully get buyers off the fence and put in a contract.
