Market Update for Vancouver WA, As a professional real estate agent with Ken's Home Team llc,  I want to know and what to share whats going on in the real estate market, it has been a great year for Vancouver WA, home values are up from the average of $298,203 in September 2015 to $334,910 at the end of  August 2016.  This is great news that means the average home sold for $36,707 more in just 12 months in Vancouver WA.  There has been over $2,237,235,515 in total home sales.  The number of avergae days a home is on the market is down in September 2015 it was 40 days on Market and we are now down to 29 days, meaning homes are selling faster.  We do have more homes for sale right now than we have had in over 5 months. Unit-Sales Recover from Last Month's Stumble for Clark County WA's Real Estate in August 2016! Following the large drop (100 units lower than July 2015) for July, August has recovered and posted 11 more units than the year before.  Here are some of the highlights for August 2016:  Average-Sales Prices are still moving up, with the 12-month/long-term trend line up 10.23% compared to the prior year, and the 3-Month Moving Average  up 9.09% from the same month last year;    The Inventory for Resale Homes continuing its upward move, is now at 2.2-Months Supply - still a very low level;   Approximately 686 Resale Homes were sold in August 2016, which is about 11 (1.6%) more homes than in August 2015.   REO/Bank Owned property sales were 24 units (3.6% of total); no change from 24 (3.6%) in 2... 09/13/2016
