Summary In general the net sales prices have fallen on average 3.7% to $412,334 between Q1 2009 compared to Q1 2008. The Average Days on the Market was reduced by 36 days and % of Asking Price increased by 1.1 basis points to 97% are both positive signs for the local real estate market. With 4 new listings, and 10 homes which went under contract creating an active week in South Riding.
