Back when I was a kid, the Reston Festival was the highlight of my summer. I vaguely remember Lake Anne festivals, but really it really  sticks in my mind when it was at Browns Chapel. These days you will find it at Reston Town Center, but the spirit of the festival remains true to the original goals--bring Restonians together to celebrate the culture and people of Reston.
