Buyers ask should I get a pre-drywall inspection, my response, yes! I highly recommend buyers not be afraid of offending their builder when hiring an inspector; any reputable builder will have no problem and often mention it during the initial contract signing. This is a great opportunity to have a third party licensed inspector check for problems, and mistakes before it’s too late.
