Last week, I had the pleasure of helping wonderful buyers make the move from Ohio to Texas!The wife flew in to stay with her son and his family, one of the biggest reasons she and her husband decided it was time to relocate. As a Realtor there is one word the buyer and sellers both love to hear me say... "Sold".  It takes a lot of work on both sides to get to that word. The buyers work hard to save for down payment and closing, they look at many properties online and in person. They research communities, and fill out lending paperwork. On the sellers side, after deciding to sell they must determine if they are selling a house or a home.
