I live and work in Fayetteville Texas, a wonderful tiny city in south Central Texas.  Fayetteville is on the National Register of Historic Places qualifying with the number of documented historic buildings that still exist.  To say that Fayetteville is quaint does not even scratch the surface of its appeal.  It is a lot like stepping back into time.  Life is slower, people seem friendlier, and community is important.  So what real estate is for sale in Fayetteville Texas at the moment you ask.  Here are active listings for sale in our area.   If a property catches your eye that you would like to see with Buyer Agency please give me a call!  And if any of my neighbors decide they want to sell ( hope none of you ever leave!) please give me a call to utilize my services as an experienced S...

Joe's Place is located in Fayetteville Texas, a historic little City, located "in between" Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.  Joe's is what I would call an American Grill.  Offering regulars like a Wedge Salad, Burgers, Steak, Chicken Fried Steak, Catfish, and Pasta dishes.  Joe's has a full bar and is open for lunch and dinner and a Sunday Brunch menu from 11-2.  Address is 120 North Live Oak, right on the historic square, less than a mile from where I live on the Fayetteville City limits on Rusk Street.  We frequent Joe's at least once a week and love to walk there from our home.  Fayetteville is full of historic and vintage homes.  If you are looking for property in Fayetteville, or Fayette County please consider calling me to help you with your Real Estate needs, buying or selling!

I am excited to spend my first three hours as a Docent at the Fayetteville Area Heritage Museum today. The  museum is located at 217 North Washington Street on the Square.  The Museum is open  each week on Friday Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 pm and extra hours each Saturday from 11-2.  I will be at the museum for the early hours today learning all about the history that surrounds this historic City.  If you are interested in history that includes items of  local commerce, work, the settlers who made the City and the Surrounding area what it is today this is a great stop.   Come for lunch at one of the two local Restaurants Joes' or Orsaks and then come to the Museum for a fun and informative day!    The City of Fayetteville is about 13 miles from La Grange Texas.  FM 159 runs through tow...
