A few weeks ago, I was sitting across from a builder's on-site agent. My client was ready to move from her small one-story home into something more spacious. She still wanted a one-level but with adult children and grandchildren, she needed more space.In our area, it's customary for the new construction on-site agents to complete the builder's contract.
