Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Real Estate Mid-Month Resale Figures Up 5.6% Sales growth occurred in the regions surrounding the City of Toronto with sales across the GTA up 5.6% for the first half of July over the same period last year according to figures released by GTA REALTORS® through the Toronto Real Estate board (TREB) Sales across the GTA in the first 14 days of the month totaled 3679 up from 3484 sales in the same period a year ago. Listings across the GTA were also up (14.4%) over the same period last year. Average selling price in the first half of July was $473,466 – up by 2.3 per cent compared to last year.
