I have been working with a number of buyers looking for houses in the Uxbridge, Port Perry, Newmarket, Aurora & Stouffville Areas and the continuous complaint was there weren`t as many homes to choose from as there were last year this time. I am not sure what is the reason for this situation, but maybe it could be a number of things that I will list below. 1. Interest rates and changed mortgages rules for Canadians 2. This winter we are having more cold weather and more snow than last year 3. Many sellers are simply waiting until spring weather really arrives   With that being said, maybe this is a sign of a sellers market to come about.
