2012-09 Month End Uxbridge Real Estate - Buyers Activity Report September 2012 Listings Viewed With three months left the number of listings viewed is already in excess of the total number viewed in 2011 despite the fact that we drive traffic to our newer listing site that features more listings. Statistics from one of my listing web sites indicate the number of all listings viewed is up over 28% from September of 2011 and up almost 49% for the year to date. Summers End  Driving home from our summer retreat a few days ago I noticed many cars in the parking lots of the schools I passed along the way. As teachers prepare for the return to the classroom mother's across the Province are starting to think about what needs to be done in preparation for children returning to school. The Back to School Flyers have been filling the paper and the mail box with everything from pens, pencils and paper to electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets and computers for weeks.
