Potential purchasers looking at listing details Year to date are tracking just above 2011 but below 2012 numbers. Going Paperless Despite the fact that there are many things we do in our industry that we can now do online the amount of paper we consume does not seem to be going down. In fact in some cases it is going up ...... Take for instance offers ..... When I started in Real Estate we would type up an offer and make six copies that we carried back and forth between the buyer and the seller until we had a deal. Then we would distribute the copies with one going to each of the following; the buyer, the seller, and their respective lawyers and one to each brokerage involved in the sale.
