The median sales price in Norfolk was up 7.1%  at the end of the year.Download The Norfolk Mass Mahoney Report by Realtor Michael Mahoney             Home sellers in Norfolk achieved 97.1% of their asking prices in 2015. Norfolk MA Real Estate Recap by Michael Mahoney of REMAX EXECUTIVE             In Norfolk Massachusetts for 2014, there were 8 more closed single family sales than in 2013. This reflects a 6.3% increase in the total number of closed sales over 2013. Median prices were up in Norfolk by 2.9% over median closed single family sales in 2013.   Home sellers in Norfolk achieved 96.3% of their asking prices in 2014. Essentially, this  means that for every $100.00 in asking price, the sellers achieved $95.03. This was slightly down from the previous year. It was down by only 1%. This 1% difference could be simply due to the fact that there were 23 more single family homes put on the market in 2014 compared to 2013.  This was an 11.6% increase in the supply of homes for sale over 2013.   The medi...
