The Trails is an established subdivision in Ormond Beach. North of Grananda Ave (Rt.40), it is accessible from both Granada Ave and from the main entrance on Nova Road right pass the Trails Shopping Center. Besides The Trails, there is also Trails North Forty to the West and Trails South Forty south of Granada. The Trails were built starting from late 70. The development was very sensitive to the existing trees, and this makes it beautiful with all those mature trees and lush vegetation.
