The Fall Colors are Trying to Come Out in Central CTAs I was making my way across the fairways over the weekend, I noticed hints f the trees getting ready to offer up their colors. There were hints of color coming from the oak tree at the back of this green. As the wind swirls, the flag will wave as if the breeze is just there to appreciate the view.Such was the case this past weekend as the winds were strong   in our area.  Washington Park Community Center, Waterbury CTI grew up in the South End of Waterbury CT near Washington Park. The community center was a place for Friday night dances, the concession stand is where we all got cold beverages in the summer and hot cocoa in the winter while ice skating on the flooded baseball fields.On the green in front of the building is the flagpole as well as a restored WW!
