Well Palmdale, Lancaster and the entire Antelope Valley was blanketed with 10 inches of snow. Thats right 10 inches on the valley floor. Is was the biggest snowfall since 1974. The big snow of 2008 has not had any effect on the current selling frenzy. December with the last two weeks historically slowing for Christmas and New Years we are selling with a projected open escrows of 700plus.
