We are going to replace that Cameron Park water heater, it doesn’t look so good. Replacing a water heater can be a tough choice sometimes, but sometimes you really do need to get it replaced. The reasons can vary: The water is no longer heating Water is leaking from the water heater The flow of the water has slowed down The water heater that we replaced in Cameron Park today did not look well. The dark build-up near the base and in the exhaust vent was not normal. Something had to change. The air vents supplying the closet were covered with dust, I think the lack of air flow may have been a part of it. What do you think – Time to replace the unit? View Larger Map
