Open House at 1364 Willoughby Road in Vestavia Hills Went Well Today I'm not usually a big fan of open houses but I must admit that I consider today's open house to have been a success.    No I don't have a buyer yet, but traffic flow was really good.  I held it open from 1:00 to 3:00 and after I left I ended up going back to show to it.  I had already gotten a call early this morning from an agent who wanted to show it between 4:00 and 6:00 AND I got calls from 2 other agents after the open house and they'll be showing today as well.
