No, none of my buyers seem to be having any issues with getting their loans through Jason E. Gordon nor do they have anything to compare to, so I doubt they'd recognize it as "tougher" anyhow...it just is whatever process it currently is to get pre-approved.

No, I'm using the same lenders as in the past and no issues here. The only uncertainty is will the buyer still qualify if the interest rates go up.

Loan mortgage lending sails smoothly if you use local banks is my experience in a rural market. Local banks with in state or local mortgage processing centers runs circles around lenders far from my state or with processing centers in far away solar systems Peter Mohylsky. BRIX REALTY !

Turn time from complete application to docs five days on a purchase.

Some NonQM lender shops filed BK, 471000 people laid off, compression is real. We will see more lenders merge and close. 

Some pricing adds on non owner investment have increased.

Waiting to see the products GSE are developing for small loans under $100000; rural not USDA; and low mod loans that are on the President's desk.

Things are good.
