I think they provide a great service for the right customer, who wants a hands-off project. I liked their professionalism in the interactions with them I had.

  our company partnered with them a couple years ago, and I have heard some great things from our agents. I personally have not used them but did reach out to them a couple times on a couple listings I had that I felt needed their touch. Ultimately neither seller ended up going with them, But they were very responsive and their pricing was competitive on the bids we did receive. Wish I could give first hand experience

They are here in Charlotte, but I've never used them. My brokerage, Coldwell Banker, offers a similar service so if I have a client needing to defer expenses till closing, I tend to go there.

There are a couple of companies similar to this one.  I haven't ever used them or had a need to and honestly I don't know any agents that have.  We've had a team in place to manage projects for well over 10 years or so, if needed and they do a smoking job at a reasonable price of getting homes ready for market.
