Four years ago, when everybody got audited I was very glad that I have so many redundancies. Hard copies digital copies and backups to backups.

I have to admit that I still print a decent amount.  If I am reading something lengthy like a contract or lease, I can't read it on the computer.  I have to print it and mark my changes with a pen.  Then I make the changes on the electronic document.

I save lots of printer ink these days compared to when I first got into this business. Electronic contract software. Electronic signatures. PDF's.

Here in Silicon Valley, if you cannot work in a paperless environment, you will have a problem.

I rarely print. I do backup two different places. I have boxes of printer paper which I now use to make long winded notes. The notes are typed into our system by an assistant to document all conversations.

I've been paperless since 2012.  Do I still need to print some things?  Yes.

My transaction files are paperless.

No, most things can be electronic, but showing sheets are still better printed.  Flyers are better printed.  Listing forms are ALWAYS printed (I'm not going home first if they're willing to sign now) and I keep offer forms as well for those instances where we need to write on the spot.

Actually, a little bit of both but certainly the trend is more and more toward paperless.

I give it a go as much as possible but I'm still only at 50%. Office is the worst but that is also getting better also.

Peter, I try to go as paperless as possible. I work in a high tech area which makes it easier. Some people want everything on paper and I'm happy to oblige.

It seems as though going paperless hasn't saved as much paper or trees as it should have.  It's like when we expected the internet to give us less work.

Our office has been paperless for years. However, I have always maintained a paper file to be retained for several years. Definitely an old school habit.

There are some things that always need a hard copy.  Computers are great but they still have flaws and some things you just can't take a chance on losing.

I still print a fair amount because of my own mental "need".  I also remember sitting at a closing once and the buyer who worked in the environmental sector said to not worry about using paper because it was one of the most easily renewable resources....  That stuck with me.
