Of course, there is no "most important" fiduciary duty. To say that some duties could possibly be less important than any other detracts from the concept of Fiduciary Duty.
Real estate agents are fiduciaries. As such they have the duty to clients to provide the highest possible standard of care, place the client’s interests ahead of their own and to, in all ways, act in the client’s best interests.

All of them are important if you wish to stay out of trouble.

Transparency is a good place to start. You'll never get there by hiding behind the anonymous curtain.

As you go through life...seeking out what is important is just as important as what we are looking for. Therefore, become proficient at seeking until satisfied. Your best helper and source is yourself. As to Real Estate duties, the license you will eventually be applying for is based on a firm understanding, policiy and procedures involving optimum care of client. The golden rule is so useful here. Do unto others as you would have done to yourself is the gold standard. If you have a high care of self, it transfers over to anyone when shared. Lastly, its your opinion that counts....always

They are all important. But the one you break that causes you to lose your license is the one that becomes the most important to you. Career over!
