Can't help you with that one Tamara Jensen as the only time I've worked with a franchise was a year with ReMax.

It works as well as any other system. Figure out how to use it. I would never base my decision on a brokerage off of this, however.

This is very broker specific ask your broker/sales manager or office admin. Documentation is nescesary to stay in compliance.

I have no idea but I would assume that they will train you on how to use the system.  I think if you are new to the industry it is important to find a broker who will help you, the transaction management is not as important.

Can't tell you since I am not familiar with Coldwell Banker's system. 

It is Coldwell Banker, not Caldwell Banker.  I'm not familiar with their current program. What I will say about any office is that it depends on the local management. I have had many newer agents contact me saying they are not getting the training and support they were promised as a recruit. Make your decision based on what company offers the best training and follow up support you will need as a new agent.  Many say they do. Few actually do.

I don't think it works as well as the COLDWELL BANKER system does. Your profile says you are an agent and are with CB, which is already breaking a fiduciary duty, seeing as you just asked your question stating you are working on your licensing course! Please tell your UT real estate instructor to change the course curriculum to stop asking quetions on AR.

In the future, all of those questions you have listed are already asked on here...many of times, so search for them for the answers, and tell your instructor that as well.

There is a Caldwell Banker located near my location in Florida.

They do a dozen or two transaction sides a year.

I don't believe their transaction system is HomeBase but is a subscription based backoffice add-on they make available to their agents.

I have no experience with this program.

Do not know about the HomeBase Program, though I do know, if we are talking about the same company, that it is, "Coldwell Banker" and not "Caldwell Banker".  You wouldn't want to do a typo if you are communicating with them in any way, as that would not leave a favorable impression Tamara Jensen.

I had a 6-month experience associating with that brand and I did not like it. At the end of the day, it is really about the management of the office and the corporate policies agents are required to follow.

Are you computer literate? Then you will be able to learn their system and sure it will be a good tool.

COLDwell Banker's Home Base was fine, my TC did all that work.

It doesn't help you do what you do not already know how to do.
