I used to do it quarterly, now just twice per year. Social media seems to be slowing down a bit. Many of my connections are never on anymore or rarely online socially and when asked, they state things like "I'm over it."

Any time there is a change that needs updating.

Every 3 months.....I put it in my calendar...I find it amazing that Big 3rd part verndors of mine have a Twitter image and have not used the service for years.....therefore, either take it down or use it....once I saw that and how weak that company looked, I learned to not do that myself....use it or loose it ... cheers...

Not often enough. I do remove bad eMails that are not useful or dated.

We update ours about once a year, unless something major happens and we then will do it right away. 

I do recommend at least updating your photos, especially if you still have your highschool prom picture when you are now 60 years old. 

I can't tell you how many times I see a photo of a spring chicken but when I get on the phone - their voice is that of a cackling hen, hehehehe

On the major platforms, frequently.  On the ancillary ones, never.

Maybe once a year. If there is some compelling reason to update, I will if I feel it is truly a priority.
