Have you tried realbird.com. This is a great site where you can do single property websites for each listing. Just check it out. You can do a few listings for free. There is so much this site has to offer, and the yearly fee for doing more than a few listings is very reasonable.

I always use www.hpadesign.com..... I know the owner, architect, of this company.... most of the builders I represented used henry's plans....this is a massachusetts company.... your code is different, I'm sure....but these plans will give you a running start....
