I often get leads in unexpected places, including while I'm getting gas, in parking lots, at holiday get togethers, starbucks, elevators, etc. I even got one in the hot tub at my building.

Unlikely places are hard to predict.

I hope to get some business through an affiliation with a local pizza business. It may provide opportunities for out of state commercial business.

Hi Jack Lewitz for me hopefully my farm. First time farming always bought leads. Trying farming for the first time. Coming up on January 3rd month.
I am giving that one some thought. For me i am basically always listening and when someone mentions buying or a selling a home, my ears perk up and i see if there is an opening for me to join the conversation

I am going to work a little harder on referral business out of the area. I just don't think ahead during the conversation.
Unlike most that do new marketing, I can say my unlikely place will be new states. I got the marketing down, it is just about expanding to new cities this coming year.
