Some yes, some no. Depends on how the LO writes. There are some that are cut & dry facts (boring) & those that help the consumer also understand the changes. Not dumbing it down, but you know what I mean.

There is a LO that works our office & every week he sends a BORING line of graphs in an email. I'm smart but I don't care about your fancy numbers! How is it going to help or hurt my buyers?
