I use RPR for residential and commercial. I tend to email the pdf reports rather than print them.
Michael J. Perry
I need to use it more, I have taken all the training and watched all the webinars, then I forget about it.
Use it with sellers, buyers, and prospects.
Michael - I haven't really started using it yet, but have done a little research on it. I think it could be useful.
I don't use it at all. Waste of time and resources. Does not provide a value add to me and who the heck is going to read an 80 page CMA? If a realtor gave me an 80 page book or PDF to read for the CMA, I'd tell them to "not let the door hit them, where the good lord split them."
Pretty much email when I use it.
I use it for listings, and to research properties. I'm signed up for their next training at NVAR because there has been some changes at RPR.
I have only looked at for information.
I am not using this but am aware of it.
I must say, I haven't really used it very much. I send market data to my clients via my market snapshot account with TopProducer/Realtor.com.
I send them out to my best clients every year in January as a courtesy. We sometimes get listings.
I am not familiar with this product / service.
I do not print anything unless I have to. So, I use it to email my clients or incorporate it in my presentations( Ipad).
RPR has some great tools. I need to get into using this more.
I haven't used it yet, but am interested in seeing what people have to say about it.
What is RPR? Pls forgive me as I'm not an agent.
