Our studies on high end buyers is that they are not interested in looking at videos of a home. They would rather view photography comparable to Architectural Digest.
The reason is that they want to look at a home in their own time frame and not at a dictated time frame of a video. One of our clients who sells to the Ultra High Net Worth, stopped doing videos, and he states that once someone sees the video, they on many occasions don't want to see the home.
