Debbie Gartner Thanks for the input Debbie. I actually have a client that's opening a Nationwide chain of car wash franchises and is looking for existing car wash properties or perspective properties that can fit his buying criteria and/or be rezoned and rehabbed for car washes.

It depends on the objective. If it's to blog for SEO and get customers, this site works great. I do that on here, and I don't do real estate. Furthermore, I've invited several other members that don't do Real estate and have had success on here, and they've invited some others (e.g. mold/water/fire remediation, business coach, decorator, electrician).

I've also done a few blog posts on biggerpockets.com as Ron & Alexandra Seigel mentioned.
