I've been in the helping people business virtually since I graduated high school back in 1992 I took a college Real Estate Course because I was always intrigued with the Business, after purchasing my first home I got an opportunity to start in the mortgage business back in 2002 and I've been doing home loans ever since. I have owned 2 homes myself and have also invested in rental property, because of this.I have firsthand knowledge with the process from a consumer prospective point of view and I can take borrowers through the process and make it as simple and easy as possible. I have extended knowledge of guide lines and this is why I can provide Pre-approvals in 30 minutes or less, being a Direct Lender and a broker allows me to deliver competitive rates and a closed Home Loan in 2-3 Weeks.

I have found being efficient, keeping home owners and agents updated with the loan process and specially delivering on what is discussed keeps clients and partners satisfied and gives peace of mind to refer their friends and family. I answer the phone 90% of the time and I return voice mail messages and emails promptly every time.

I've been married for 13 years now. We live in Perris CA and we have 6 kids living at home. 3 boys and 3 girls.
