Need to finance? In today’s market, sellers typically won’t consider an offer unless the buyer has been pre-qualified with a lender. We have lenders who will walk you through the pre-approval process, assist you in getting the best rate and loan package available and offer incentives to help with closing costs!
How to find a home? We offer qualified buyers a FREE custom website that keeps you updated on current market listings. This is personalized to fit your preferred home criteria, geographic location and price points. No more fumbling through outdated internet sites or magazines - your one stop shopping site comes to you!
Who will show me homes I want to see? Once you are pre-qualified and have found homes of interest on your website, your assigned buyer’s agent will arrange appointments and scheduling for you. It is important to have a buyers’ agent that will represent your interests throughout the buying process. Your agent will submit offers and negotiate on your behalf to get the best deal for your dollars!
What happens when I am under contract? Your agent will assist you with all the contract-to-close details, through the due diligence and inspection period to the closing table at the attorney’s office.
Considering whether now is a good time to list your home? If so, we will be happy to provide you with a free market analysis to help you determine the current value of your home in today’s market. Sales have been brisk this year and it is a great time for sellers to take advantage of the action. We may have a buyer for it at this time!
