 We worked with Susan Kuphal as our broker, we were very pleased.  She was patient and extremely diligent.  She didn't waste our time and only made appointments to show us properties that were the type that we had explained to her that we would be interested in viewing.  We looked at over thirty properties and ultimately purchased one that we felt was the best choice for us.  We would definitely work with her again if the need should arise.  We have been very pleased with our condo and the neighborhood.- Arthur & Paulette Begeron
