Get to know Andrew Staton
Andy is a licensed real estate agent and local entrepreneur. He is currently licensed with Prudential Gallo Realtors. Prior to joining PruGallo, Andy co-founded Beach to Bay Real Estate Center and sold the firm in 2009. He specializes in residential sales and leads the short sales and auction services division. He received a B.A. degree in Political Science and History from Longwood College and a Masters degree in Business and Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a certified real estate auctioneer and a certified short sales professional. After a successful career in management consulting as an associate with BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON, Andrew moved to Rehoboth Beach to become a full time licensed real estate professional. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Andrew served in the General Assembly of Virginia, at the Legislative Office of Delegate (now Asst. Attorney General of VA) William C. Mims, as a legislative assistant. Andy's commitment to his profession transcends into his involvement in the Community. He has completed 4 Ironman Triathlons, 8 marathons, and more than 50 other local and international races. He has been featured in a number of media outlets, including the Delaware News Journal (Inspiration for the Biggest Loser Challenge), Men's Health magazine, Ironman.com, Genre Magazine, Men’s Health Book: Men’s Guide to Fitness, Health, Weight Loss, and Nutrition, FOX news, the Cape Gazette, the Coast Press, and Letters from Camp Rehoboth highlighting his accomplishments and providing inspiration to others in their personal goals. Andrew has been a guest speaker for a number of organizations related to weight loss and inspiration and considers it a personal mission to inspire others through his accomplishments. He lives in Rehoboth Beach, DE and on most mornings, can be found swimming in the ocean, running on the boardwalk or cycling down the highway training for his next race.
