Rita began her career in Real Estate in March 1993. Rita holds the following designations:

Rita is a Life member of the Multi Million Dollar Club, RE/MAX’s Platinum Club for 2008, 2007, 2006, 2004 and 2003, and 100% Club for 2002 and 2001 and Chairman's Club 2005. Rita holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Memphis. Rita has worked as a loan officer, affording her with a vast knowledge in home financing matters. Rita also worked for the City of Memphis as a police officer for several years. Rita served on the Fayette County Board of Directors and Executive Committee 2002-2008 and was named Associate of the year for 2006 and 2008.

Bob and Rita have been married for over 22 years and have a daughter.

The Driver Team closed 107 transactions in 2004. In 2005, The Driver Team has already completed 119 transactions. In 2006 The Driver Team closed 97 transactions, in 2007 they closed 69 transactions and in 2008, they closed approximately 50 transactions  Thus far in 2009, the Driver Team has closed over 30 homes.

The Driver Team has also sponsored men’s softball championship team and a 2 co-ed championship teams.

Both Bob and Rita hold a broker’s license for the State of Tennessee.

Bob started his career in Real Estate in May 1995.

Bob also holds the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.

Bob also hold the CDPE (Short Sale Specialist) designation

He is also a member of the Land Institute.

Bob holds 4 degrees from a higher institution of learning:  2 associates degrees from a local community college, a Bachelor’s degree from University of Memphis and a Master’s degree from University of Arkansas. 

Bob is a safety expert in the State of Tennessee and has a background in Safety and Firefighting. 

Bob served his country in the Marine Corp and followed that by serving the City of Memphis as a Firefighter.
