Over the past 20 years I have successfully and happily helped hundreds of homebuyers and homesellers with their real estate needs. As a practicing real estate appraiser, I have the unique expertise to assist both buyers and sellers determine a fair market value on both sides of the transaction. This perspective is critical, probably the most critical component in today's real estate market where values are ever-changing. I have led those hundreds of clients through the buying and selling process with negotiating expertise, while serving their needs. For homesellers I have marketed homes with an eye on maximizing proceeds through a diverse and complete marketing program and provide a wide range of internet exposure. As a buyer's agent, I have helped buyers with a first-time purchase, trade-up home, retirement home and relocation throughout the country and world.

I am happy to work with homesellers and homebuyers within the town of Sharon, and all surrounding suburban communities. My market experience and expertise extends into the City of Boston, metro-Boston communities, suburbs North to NH, west to Worcester, south to RI and onto Cape Cod.
My appraisal services extend to all lenders, including banks, mortgage companies, and mortgage brokers, as well as to attorneys for estate, divorce, and bankruptcy purposes; pre-sale valuations and PMI elimination.
