I entered the Real Estate business in 2002 as a commercial agent. In July of 2004 I moved my license and expanded my practice to include both commercial and residential properties. I obtained a Broker license in 2005. I have served as the Managing Broker of a local new home real estate company and I presently practice commercial and residential real estate as an Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers.
I am a graduate of the Leadership Development Class of 2008 West Georgia Board of REALTORS®.
I am a Charter Member and Local Director of the Paulding Board of REALTORS®, and hold memberships in the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council, The Senior Real Estate Council, and the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce.
I am an Eagle Scout, have been married for almost 32 years. I am the father of 3 young men, have 2 grandsons, a granddaughter and one great granddaughter.
I presently hold nationally recognized designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the ePRO Technology certification. I also am a Certified New Home Specialist, a program offered by The National Home Builder's Association.
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist I helped to start the Lifelong Resourse Network, Inc., which is a group of professional that provide services for the 55+ consumers. Our services include tax planning and CPA services, Wealth Management and Financial Planning, a Personal Organizer and Estate Sale person, Home health services, and Special needs clothing and equipment as well as Real Estate services. I hold an Accredited Buyer Representative designation and am a member of the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council. This is a nationaly recoginized designation which requires both classroom training and real world experience to obtain.
