Our goal is to make you look good to your clients by providing fair and accurate pricing and quick response with a personal touch . We also offer in house 20 -30 minute presentations which can be made during your weekely sales meeting.
The majority of the work we do within the real estate industry relates to mold mitigation . We take a low key approach when discussing mold with your clients. We are not out to scare anyone into immediate action . Rather we review the situation ( no charge for estimates) with your client and then present a number of alternatitives for resolution .
In all cases, our work includes a final labatory anaylsis of both pre and post bio tape samples. This report has proven to be a valuable asset when completing the sale of a home effected with mold. As mentioned above, we offer two types of mitigation options: Dry Ice Blasting and the two part Anebec spray process. Each achieves a mold kill however the final selection of a specific process often relates to the clients final expectations from a visual perspective.
In addition to mold mitigation we are fully certified in the areas of Water extraction and structural drying as well as fire and soot clean up.
