The administrative assistant at RE/MAX Executive Realty in Franklin, Ma. has a variety of functions.  The main task is to coordinate all of the showings with our sellers and agents from our office and other offices.  Our main desk is covered seven day a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  My other duties are comprised of compiling the data for each transaction, preparing the deposits for our escrow account, computing our commissions and inputting them in our computer system.  Along with that, we also prepare listing and selling packages for all of the agents prior to their appointments.  I maintain all of the supplies in the office and place orders periodically.  One of my most important functions is to get the feedback from agents who have shown our listings.  The feedback is emailed to the listing agent.  I am literally the right arm for 99% of the agents within our Franklin Office of RE/MAX Executive Realty.

We have offices in Grafton, Upton, Holliston, Hopkinton, Medfield, Natick and Franklin.  RE/MAX is the top selling real estate company in the world.

RE/MAX Executive Realty is the home of our marketing department, and another one of my duties is to assist with the assembly of the brochures that are ordered by our agents.  Our duties are diverse, and our position is filled seven days a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm.  There are two of us who work during the week and a weekend stafff for saturday and sunday.
