Continuously employed in the real estate industry since 1975, Amelia's background includes escrow, title, lending and sales. She has been an award-winning salesperson from the very beginning. Amelia has a lifelong involvement in the horse industry, and her hobbies include horses and sheepdog trialing. She was on the US team in 2005 attending the World sheepdog trial in Tullamore, Ireland. She owns and trains champion border collie sheepdogs. Nancy is a 3rd generation San Diegan who has been in real estate sales since 1986. She has been a certified relocation specialist since 1999, and is familiar with a large geographic area. Nancy lives in Valley Center with her husband and two children, and is active in the schools and community. Nancy and her husband have served on the boards of Soccer, Little League, Optimists, as a director of North San Diego County Association of Realtors and two nonprofit organizations, including the Valley Center Fire Relief Fund. She raises Mastiffs and a commercial flower crop in addition to her children.
