My main function on weekends at the Franklin office of RE/MAX Executive Realty is to answer the phone at the front desk and make appointments for showings with co-broke agents for our listing inventory in all of our 7 offices.  RE/MAX Executive Realty has 7 offices within their firm and they include Grafton, Upton, Holliston, Hopkinton, Natick, Medfield and Franklin.  We are the largest firm within the Metrowest region of Massachusetts.  RE/MAX is the top selling office in the world.  I log all of the showing information in our computer system and email the appointment information to the listing agents.  They in turn, are responsible for obtaining the feedback from the individual showing agents.

I also assist the marketing department with the assembly of brochures that are ordered from the agents for their individual listings and subdivisions.
