Marlene Lane is a life-long resident of the Augusta area, growing up in Columbia County.  With parents who were builders she has literally watched this area grow brick-by-brick.  Originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1995, but working at a Real Estate Assistant since she was a young teenager, Marlene brings a lifetime of real estate experience into all of her client relationships.  Well versed in all areas of the industry, she has a family history of development and new home construction.  She is a second generation Realtor who managed Real Estate firms, led agent training programs and every aspect of sales including new construction, military relocation and residential resale. Bringing her sales, management, and training experience into every interaction, Marlene loves being involved in the training of new agents and enjoys passing her knowledge, and attention to customer satisfaction on to others. Agents, clients, friends and coaching clients benefit from her accountability programs, personal mentoring and one on one coaching.
