We are a residential property management service provider for the South Atlanta area. We provide a range of quality services that include tenant procument, lockbox rentals, listing of rentals and property maintance services.

Agents, we do not sell or list property's for sale or represent buyers. In addition to the  referral compensation you receive we keep you in touch with your clients and give you the heads up when your client is ready to make a move. Owner/managing Broker George Karnitis has many years of property management experience. Beging, with Gatekeeper which he later sold and his own personal holdings. George, is a hands on owner that personally visists each tenant and provides reports of each property. This is just an example of the attention and service you can expect from us.
