Hello ~ I am from Houston County and remain active in the community. I am an Alumni of Westfield Schools in Perry, and attended Middle GA College in Cochran, before transferring to Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, hard-work & determination are NOT optional and I am one of whom is not scared of getting on a tractor to get the job done on the farm. I, along with my husband, have managed to create & interchange four companies from a farm/investment company, a land-clearing company w/top-notch machinery, a development company, and a home-construction business in addition to my real estate involvement as a Broker. With these in mind, I fully understand the investment of time & money, clearing & excavating of trees/brush, development of streets & communities, building of homes & parks, and the actual home-buying/selling process. The ownership of these companies helps me in providing the same level of services for my clients/customers for their own real estate/business investment ventures as I would want for myself.
I am a licensed REALTOR® in the state of GA, a state Registered Appraiser, and Broker. I also invest in properties ~ I am a Real Estate Investor with a heart. My passion is to work with property owners in jeopardy of loosing their homes to foreclosure. If the homeowner wants to keep living in their property, I give them direction on how to do that or if they want to sell their property, then I offer to buy their property with the ability to close quickly. My goal is to create a win/win/win situation for everyone involved. Win for the homeowner, win for me, and win for the bank.
