As a native of Northeast Georgia, I know this area. I work with my sister, Kayla Waters Shoemake in residential real estate and husband, David Stovall, who specializes in commercial, acreage and investment real estate. I market homes on Lake Lanier as well as North Georgia acreage estates. I really enjoy working with buyers relocating to this area. It is exciting to introduce newcomers to the area and share with them what we love about the area and why we have been here all our lives. We are proud members of The Rotary Club of Hall County.

I have been selling in Northeast Georgia since 1988. My areas of expertise in marketing include a highly visible online presence which ensures my seller clients get top exposure. As a member of four area multiple listing services, my listings are ensured the absolute most exposure possible to other real estate agents. Many North Georgia vacation properites are purchased by Metro Atlanta residents as second homes. Therefore, it is important that all areas be covered as to marketing and exposure. I also target market potential purchasers in Florida area for North Georgia mountain and lake properties. I work with many relocating buyers moving here in a wide range of industries, from doctors at Northeast Georgia Medical Center to foreigners relocating here working in the automotive and poultry industries.

| If you have anyone seeking advice regarding using "for sale by owner" or a "flat rate agent"; have them call me. I wasted money and more importantly time until I engaged you and Norton. Your marketing plan and advice was greatly appreciated. I only wish we found you a year earlier. |

| KIM came highly recommended to us by neighbors who had used her Real Estate company. KIM is an expert in her field and very professional. When she came to list our house she was prepared with an analysis of other homes on the market and had an excellent suggestion for an asking price. Throughout the entire selling process her communication was second to none. Always returned our phone calls quickly, kept us updated on any showings and called with the result of the showing. | I designed and built a dream house way out in the country (where almost no one could afford to buy it). When I unexpectedly decided to sell it, I called a close friend who is also a Realtor in North Georgia and said, "Bob, I need the Best in north Georgia - the Best!" Without missing a beat, he simply said, "That's Kim Waters." She worked diligently and did the near impossible - under-promised and over-delivered. Somehow, she found the one perfect buyer.
