Joshua has been involved within the real estate industry since 2005. Initially commencing his career as a licensed Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre. In 2009, he founded Pinnacle Ridge Capital as a vehicle for financial services, investment, property management and development. He also obtained his Mortgage Broker's license the same year offering services through Pinnacle Ridge Capital.

Joshua completed his Bachelor Degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (BACS) at the University of Western Ontario in 2004. He then went on to complete the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management in 2013.

Joshua is actively involved with the Chamber of Commerce, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Western University Alumni, Huron Heights Community Holiday Dinner, Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and he is a proud supporter of several local sports teams.

Joshua has extensive experience in the sale and management of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and vacant land properties. The knowledge he has gained in the sale and leasing of such properties has resulted in his ability to close one hundred percent of all brokered transactions.
