What is a Short Sale?  A short sale is a regular real estate sale with one exception.  The bank or lender you will pay off with your home sale will not be paid off in full, they will only receive a percentage of what is owed, therefore they will be paid "short", which is where the name Short Sale comes from. 

A short sale will help preserve your credit by not being reported as a Foreclosure, which is reported as a public record on your credit report for TEN Years.  A short sale will be reported as debt paid in full or account settled, these are not public records and do not have the same effect as a Foreclosure or Bankruptcy. 

With a short sale we will use marketing to help you and the bank get the most for your home no matter what the market is like.  By using our innovative two-day Open House together with the 7 Day Sale, your home will be shown at least 50 times during the weekend and will receive at least 5 offers for purchase that same weekend, resulting in your home selling in less than 7 days!

Short Sales have requirements in order to get accepted by the bank.  I will guide you throught the required steps to make sure you understand exactly what your options are and help you avoid foreclosure and bankruptcy.
