I am an established local area Realtor, with a focus on communities stretching from Georgetown to the Greater Newburyport area of Massachusetts. Let me share my twenty+ years experience in real estate sales by helping you find your perfect home!
I am a licenced Broker and also have a GRI designation. I specialize in Residential real estate sales in the communities of Georgetown, Groveland, Rowley, Amesbury, Merrimac,Newbury, West Newbury and Newburyport. However, I am equally comfortable with the entire Essex County of Massachusetts, with a concentration on coastal communities.
I lived in Georgetown for close to twenty years and raised my children there. I served nine years on the Georgetown School Committee and was very involved in the PTA and the general community.
I really enjoy working with the "first time buyer", helping them to realize their dream while enjoying their energy and enthusiasm.
I also specialize in New Construction, having listed many in my career, and built two of my own, I am familiar with the process and comfortable with building plans and drawings. I feel I can assist a buyer interested in bulding a "vision" that is often hard to see during the construction process. I love color and design, and enjoy helping a client stage a home for sale, or offer suggestions to a new home owner.

| When we began looking for our beach condo we contacted four Realtors about specific listings. Gail was the only one who returned our call. Once she knew what we were interested in she took it upon herself to visit several condo associations and email us with the pros and cons of each as they related to our list of must haves. She scheduled viewings of the homes we requested but also arraigned for us to see ones we hadn’t asked to see which was very helpful given we were over an hour away and wanted to make the best use of our time. In the end we bought a unit in an association she suggested and that wasn’t on our list to see! Gail was very patient and fun to work with. She is a great Realtor. |

| Gail recently helped us purchase our first home. Looking at houses with Gail was extremely informative—it was like having a realtor and home inspector all in one. As first-time buyers we were often focused on the big picture and Gail helped us focus on looking at the smaller (and often more important!) things as well. The home we were interested in buying was extremely well liked and we knew we had quite a bit of 'competition'! I truly believe that, without Gail's help, we wouldn't have gotten the home. She was extremely patient with us and made the whole process extremely clear. We'll definitely call Gail if we plan on moving in the future! |

| I met Gail several years ago when my husband and I had a small building to sell. I didn't really think that much effort would be put into selling it because the commission would be so little. But, much to our surprise, Gail worked endlessly on this small property and it sold very quickly! We were shocked! Since then, we have used Gail several times. She is very diligent, professional and most of all helpful. If you are buying or selling, we highly recommend using Gail. |

| Gail helped us find our first home 9 years ago. Her knowledge of the area was impressive which helped us locate a home in our price range with the privacy & acreage we wanted. We were not at first looking in the town we landed in but her recommendation was perfect.
